Chief People and Culture Officer
With over 20 years’ experience in industrial relations, Adéle is responsible for developing and implementing Loyalty NZ’s best practice HR strategies and systems, which includes recruitment, performance management, employment relations, change management, payroll, remuneration and HR policy.
Adéle came to New Zealand from South Africa in 2006 with her family, where she held numerous positions in business management and industrial relations, including working as the director for The Employer’s Organisation of Mpumalanga - which provided employment relations advice and assistance at the South African Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration.
In New Zealand, Adéle has worked as the Human Resource Manager for Site Safe NZ and also as an HR Advisor contracting for ACC, before joining Loyalty NZ in September 2010.
Adéle loves to spend time with family and friends, exploring, visiting museums, theatres and arts festivals in Wellington.
