This is what to expect when you apply for a role with us.

We only accept applications made through the link on this website. All applications are treated confidentially.
Please note, we'll usually say in the advertisement if you need to currently have the right to work in New Zealand. We'll generally consider and applicant who holds a valid visa entitling them to work in New Zealand for the duration of the work.
We'll start shortlisting candidates either as they apply, or shortly after the close date. you'll be emailed or called if you're shortlisted for an interview. if you've been unsuccessful we'll let you know via email.
We use behavioural event interviews to find out more about you and your experience. (You can click here to find out more about the interviews and things you can do to prepare). There are usually 2 or 3 interviewers on the panel.
If successful through the first interview, you'll be invited to a second interview, which will often involve a technical or practical exercise, depending on the role.
if you're our preferred candidate after the interviews, we'll wat to talk to two of your referees. We also conduct background checks through our partner, CV Check.
If you're the successful candidate, we'll make you an offer!
