I have worked at Loyalty for over 2 and a half years now. Coming from a government sector the change has been massive (and a good one!). The people here look like they want to be here and work hard, and the office is awesome with loads of space, an amazing view and socializing with everyone for Friday drinks!

I enjoy coming to work because in the operations team every day is a new challenge and it is interesting and varied and I enjoy finding solutions to complex questions and automating processes where I can and also learn new things by interacting with various teams across the business!

I reckon there is a good focus on work life balance and great flexibility around work! I would describe Loyalty as a busy and fun place to work. Since having worked at Loyalty I have gained so many different experiences and I feel I have climbed up the ladder in my career!
