New Zealand’s favourite loyalty programme now offers more choice
From Tuesday 23 June, New Zealand’s favourite Loyalty programme offers Flybuys' members an unprecedented level of choice in how they are rewarded.
Members will continue to earn Flybuys when they shop within Flybuys' extensive partner network, and can now choose to be rewarded with Flybuys Points to spend in the Store, or with New World Dollars to spend on groceries, or with Z & Caltex Fuel Discounts to get extra savings on fuel.
We’re also giving them treats, deals and offers, just for being a member.
The transformed Flybuys delivers a compelling proposition for members and for businesses seeking to embed loyalty with their customers.
Loyalty NZ CEO Lizzy Ryley said: “The vision behind the new Flybuys is to give members the freedom to choose whether they are rewarded with Flybuys Points, New World Dollars or fuel discounts from Z and Caltex. After all, our members know better than anyone what will be most helpful and, hopefully, bring them a little bit of everyday happiness.”
To understand how they could provide members with better value and make them a little happier, Loyalty NZ commissioned the ‘Flybuys Happiness Study’ through Colmar Brunton. The results of this study have been released today.
“We’ve always believed that small things can have a meaningful impact on people’s happiness and our research supported that. New Zealanders have told us what makes them happy, including small treats, so that’s what we and our partners are giving them.
“We know that people are experiencing challenging times and we thought it might help a little if we provided some simple ways to add moments of happiness for them, their families and friends.
“Now more than ever, as a significant number of people grapple with lower incomes because of the impact of Covid-19, we can also support them with money off their shopping at New World and fuel at Z and Caltex.”
