Caltex customers can now earn Fly Buys and access fuel discounts across NZ from 1 August 2019.
Fly Buys is the country’s favourite loyalty programme with 2.8 million members and over 1,000 locations to earn points, including New World, BNZ, State Insurance, Noel Leeming, Harrisons, Genesis and helloworld Travel.
“We’re absolutely thrilled to welcome Caltex to Fly Buys and with Caltex and Z both being part of the network, our members now have access to an extensive fuel loyalty programme, nationwide,” says Lizzy Ryley, CEO of Loyalty NZ.
“We know that this is really exciting news for Fly Buys members as they appreciate fuel discounts and make the most of them. On average, every three seconds a Fly Buys member gets at least 6c off fuel at Z and now Caltex customers can choose to benefit from these discounts too,” adds Ms Ryley.
Jane Anthony, GM Marketing at Z, says: “It’s great to expand our existing relationship with Fly Buys to include the Caltex brand. By providing motorists two service station networks, Z and Caltex, it’s never been easier for Fly Buys cardholders to reduce their fuel bill and earn rewards every day.”
Fly Buys members should continue to use their cards or app at any Z service station and if they fill up at Caltex, they can do the same to save at least 6 cents per litre on fuel any day of the week.
From today they can also choose to stack those discounts to use at a later date when they spend $40 or more and they will also continue to earn points with Fly Buys. Every 20 litres of fuel will earn Fly Buys members one point and these points can be accumulated.
Caltex customers earning Fly Buys will have access to over 6,500 items in the Fly Buys store including comprehensive and flexible travel rewards, gift cards, homeware and electronics.
